This room
needed a real facelift. We exchanged the family room
furniture with the more colorful furniture from the
living room and rearranged, added art, lamps, tables,
and decor from other areas of the house, and the only
money spent was on a few pieces of greenery. And the living
room looks just great with the older furniture mixed in
with the family’s antiques and more traditional décor.

The
homeowners wanted a WOW pool area and an actual useable
space for entertaining. It was right off the front door
and you could see it from almost every room in the
house. We borrowed from everywhere, including the
gorgeous white sofa from the living room, and used the
wicker chairs already there. While I’m sure many of
their beautiful pieces went back where they came from,
they now know the possibilities. Here is what they
said…

don't know where to begin. The unveiling of my pool
room took my breath away. You transformed a very
hard to decorate space into the extension of my home
that I have always wanted. My husband and I are

The owner
of this condo was ready to sell. However, so were many
others. She wanted us to set this 2BR/2BA condo apart
from the others. We eliminated some furniture, got rid
of the cowboy theme, added some plants and encouraged
her to clean, clean, clean. We spruced up the front
porch by simply adding some colorful plants and a wreath
to the door to make it more note worthy and added an
outdoor rug and some patio furniture (which was in the
kitchen) to the back patio. It shows MUCH better.

An older
home that just needed a little TLC. We rearranged the
furniture, added or changed the art and added color with
the plaid wing back chair, pillows, and throw and it’s a
whole new look.

The Alsayed
home had been on the market for quite a while and the
homeowners, who have already moved, needed some help. We
repainted and staged the front porch and added much
needed landscaping to make the entrance more welcoming.
Inside, we had the home cleaned throughout, changed
outdated light fixtures, removed dated wallpaper and
painted the rooms with warm inviting neutrals, such as
Shelburne Buff and Shaker Beige by Benjamin Moore. In
today’s market, home buyers are a savvy bunch and even
the small things are noticed. If they don’t like it
the first time out, they probably won’t come back.
